things i made: birthday cards galore

July & August are busy birthday months in my family - there are 4 in the last week of July, and 4 in one week in August. Had the Monkey been born on his due date, mine, my sister's and his would have been three days in a row - but, he wanted to have his own birthday week. I mentioned previously my current quick-and-easy photo post-it technique for card-making. Here are some of the July creations:

My little girl was going to be one, and my husband was turning the 'big 3-0' soon, so I wanted to have an extra special birthday party invitations for both occasions. These sites have cute and unique birthday party invitations, and you can use my own birthday wordings with lots of sample birthday party sayings for me to use. I ordered from <a href="http://www.cardsshoppe.com">Cards Shoppe</a>, and the birthday invitations cards were beautiful. Everyone loved them!

But... okay. Yes, I have photos. I can print photos (at my mom's, since I'm so lame that I don't have a working printer, but still). I have cardstock and blank cards. I can even glue, I think!

But no, my cards will suck, because my creativity is nil - your captions are absolutely hilarious! :)

Thanks for the idea - even though my captions will suck, I know the grandparents are suckers for any kid photos, so I can get away with some bad ones. :)
